I've decided to use some of the time of the lockdown to update the list of resources. I've found several new and useful resouces, especially in the photography area, that need to be included. Plus several of the resources I've listed are no longer available.
This list is a work in progress and I will be adding and removing items off and on. I'll especially try and keep the web resources up-to-date.
The books that I list may be hard to find. Books go out of print and can be hard to find. I've found that I can find most books I'm interested in on Amazon from one of their used book dealers. Sometimes, however, the prices seem out of this world with no relationship to the value of the books.
